Our fees are a reflection of the amount of time required for your care, the materials used, and our commitment to excellence in delivery.
If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to help you optimize your plan benefits and we will submit claims for you to your insurance carrier. Please provide our business staff with all current dental insurance information and update us with any changes.
All fees or insurance co-payments are due at the time of service.
